HIV-Positive Women in Uganda Are Being Sterilized Against Their Will

A 2013 report by the National Forum of People Living with HIV/AIDS Networks in Uganda (NAFOPHANU) found that at least 11 percent of women living with HIV/AIDS were forcibly sterilized.
